Love PDX 49? Check Out Our Music Video

The PDX 49 music video was shot all over Portland to showcase the many people, places and things that make our city unique.

The "band" was shot on the rooftop of The Weatherly Building, a 12-story office building on the corner of SE Morrison St. and Grand Ave. The building, built in 1928, had the perfect city skyline backdrop for this scene.

The video also featured Stumptown Coffee on SE 42nd and Division Street to incorporate our community's love of brew.

Many of the "singers" came from the sidewalks of NE Alberta during Last Thursday.

The crew had a blast riding the Oregon Steam Locomotive at The Oregon Zoo, where we also got to hang out with the lorikeets and try out the handcar.

PDX 49 made a quick stop at Washington Park to check out the cool playground and made our way to the Park Blocks, Salmon Springs Fountain and Jamison Park.

Chloe Houser and Darcy Zettler (of The Entertainment Zone) joined Michael Rockstar at the Ecotrust building at NW 10th and Johnson, where we all felt like part of the outdoors in the rustic atrium restored to its historic splendor.

PDX 49 would like to give special thanks to the following places and their staff for letting us use their facilities for the making of this music video:

Ecotrust (Jean Vollum Natural Capital Center)
Mayfield Management Co. (The Weatherly Building)
The Oregon Zoo
Stumptown Coffee Roasters
TriMet
